Kurt Ling discusses who is latexBLISS and why latex is the best option.
A: The topper adds height to your mattress and not everyone has deep-pocketed fitted sheets. Cutting the topper a bit smaller than the bed allows the foam to slope gradually towards the side of the bed to ensure the proper fit of your bottom sheet.
We were very pleased to have been invited by Walter Bader (owner of OMI) to spend a day at his factory which is approximately two hours away from our store. We expected some secrecy or off limits to certain areas but to our surprise, complete transparency. No room was off limits, no off the records kind of answer, but “all access” type of tour. Scroll down and see what we saw.

Did you know that OMI’s OrganicPedic mattresses meet the stringent criteria of the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute (GEI) for low VOC emissions, and are the first to qualify for LEED credits.
Here’s an image of a quilter using certified organic cotton. Oregon Tilth (OTCO) certifies OMI’s fabric to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Even the thread OMI uses is GOTS-certified.

"The View From The Bay" this past Thursday featured a segment about creating a safe environment in your bedroom. In the clip above, Beth Greer, author of "Super Natural Home," shares some tips on how to eliminate toxic chemicals in the bedroom. She even mentions us, "Ergo," as a great resource in the Bay Area.
Thanks to "The View From The Bay" and Beth for providing this clip and educating viewers on how to make their bedroom a safer and healthier place to sleep.
The Green Festival in San Francisco was a great success. An event well organized with a great vibe of people and a wide array of exhibitors. We meet a lot of folks who are interested, and some curious about a healthier alternative mattress. At our booth they were able to stretch out on our Organic Mattress and Organic Bedding.
Please view some of the pictures taken at the show.
